This is Grosvenor - World Class Properties

Grosvenor is a world-leading developer of luxury residential property with a proud English heritage – and our work has been integral to several recent developments in 21st century Cambridge.

Our expertise lies in the creation of beautifully designed homes, typified by classic architecture and luxurious, contemporary interiors, and over the last 300 years, we have created and managed some of the most desirable developments in some of the world's greatest cities.

With origins dating back to the creation of one of the largest prime residential estates in London, we now actively run a portfolio of properties across 300 acres of Belgravia and Mayfair. Internationally, our developments include The Westminster Terrace in Hong kong, Belgravia Place in Shanghai and The Rise in Vancouver.

Our extensive knowledge of Cambridge is based on 25 years experience in the city, and we continue to be strongly committed to its long-term development. Most recently, Grosvenor has developed Grand Arcade, a shopping destination in the heart of Cambridge that provides the city with top-class facilities. Our future plans include the development of Cambridge United FC's Abbey Stadium and Trumpington Meadows; a 350 acre vision to create a high quality, visually attractive and sustainable urban extension of 1,200 homes on the southern edge of the city.

We put a strong importance on local perspective, using intelligent local insight to create 'Living Cities' for people to enjoy. Our success as a business is tied to the sustainable growth of the cities in which we have a presence, and our aim is to continue developing these locations into even more attractive and vibrant urban landscapes where people want to live and work.
